Yomassage™ is a combination of touch, gentle stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness, all provided in a small group setting for relaxation and healing. It was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to therapeutic touch.

Yomassage™ classes are not yoga classes, and are suitable for all levels, no experience required. All classes must be instructed by a licensed massage therapist who is a certified Yomassage™ practitioner. I have been certified to teach these workshops since June 2019. 

You can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. While in each pose, for 10-12 minutes,  I will perform light to medium massage pressure on different areas of the body. Workshops can range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes in length. Everything will be provided for you—there is no need to bring anything to your workshop. Yomassage™ will help relieve stress and muscle tension, to facilitate greater range of motion and a calming of the mind and body.
